The first live test was conducted at the Ashland Armory Public meeting on October 12th 2008.  The results were not perfect, but very very exciting!  We only had seven days to put this test together and from that perspective it was a smashing success!  Ustream allows you to stream and record at the same time and this video, although it has some syncing problems due primarily to the network speed, demonstrates just how powerful this new venue will be for The Gangaji Foundation.
